Return Due to Change of Mind - other than COVID-19 related items

B2G Supplies will happily accept returns if you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of the order. B2G Supplies requests that goods be returned to us in original packaging & good condition.

Please email us at info@b2gsupplies.com with your order #, date of purchase, and email address used for the order.

Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your request and you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.


Damaged or Incorrect Product Received  - other than COVID-19 related items

Your return will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your request and you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


Refund Policy for COVID-19 Tests Kits

Once an order has been placed via our Website and payment has been received, B2G Supplies will, within 2 days, place a Purchase Order to one of our Distributors, paying in full for your ordered tests. 

If you request a refund, after we have placed the order with our Distributor, typically within 48 hours, we will make the refund, subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Additionally, if you paid for your Oder using a Credit or Debit card, there will be a further 3% charge relating to Card processing fees, or, if your payment was by Wire transfer, there is a $40 wire fee.

Once an order is placed, tests are typically shipped within 7 to 14 days.

COVID-19Tests once shipped cannot be returned to B2G Supplies. Any deficiencies with tests must be referred to the manufacturer quoting any product item numbers as defined in/on the packaging.
